Hi, I'm Dr. Windsor a Naturopathic Doctor & Licensed Acupuncturist.
I believe the best medical care is collaborative, curious, and deeply individualized. Rather than simply treating symptoms, I work alongside my patients to understand the root causes of their concerns and how those issues uniquely show up in their bodies and lives.
You are the expert of your own experience, and your insight is essential to the healing process. My role is to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and use clinical knowledge to help create a thoughtful, personalized treatment plan that is aligned with your goals.
Education
Dr. Windsor received both her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and Masters in Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine from Bastyr University in Washington.
