Meet Dr. Windsor

Dr. Windsor completed her residency in naturopathic gastroenterology at 8 Hearts Health & Wellness in Portland, Oregon. Her clinical education included rotations in gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, and mind-body medicine. She also completed year-long additional training in ancestral healing to help patients understand and process inter-generational trauma.

Outside of work, Dr. Windsor is usually found rock climbing at the local gym or trying every great restaurant Portland has to offer. Her favorite mountain to ski is Mt. Baker and she recently adopted two kittens - Hazel & Moose.
